Expand $PWD or $REPO_ROOT in .plzconfig? #3423
Description
"Configuration.Sandbox.Tool" accepts only absolute paths or commands from two-three global directories. So I cannot refer to a repository-specific bash script.
Can we somehow pre-process the config and expand a tiny set of variables there? Or just allow using relative paths, that'd be enough.
