error when skipping two factorauthification

Describe the bug
I chose to skip the 2-factor authentification set up - which led to an error message
"Could not find authrequest (CACHE-d24aD)" and jammed the page, so I couldn't naviagate further.

Closing page and reloading dev.admin.thoth.pub/admin/dashboard worked without additional login required.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to registration for a new user
2. Click on skip the twofactor authentication request
3. See error

Not sure what expected outcome should have been
