the calibration grids do not show on the sand. The Kinect reports it can't see the grid.

I define the surface, click calibrate Kinect and Projector, I get the popup asking me to smooth the sand, but I don't get the grid pattern on the sand. Is there any special setting on the projector? I have it plugged into HDMI port

I figured out that my laptop was not going into projection mode like it should. Really odd but works now
