Go to test broken in version >= 0.50.0

When using any version between 0.50.0 -> 0.52.51, go to test is broken in VSCode with this error being displayed:

Note this error does not occur on version 0.25.21.

This is a C# project within VSCode running on Mac 15.6 (24G84):
