This commit URL Encodes the raw github link for the ARM template, and puts it behind a Deploy To Azure button. This provides a form-based experience for deploying the template quickly right from the github repository.

I love the idea of simplifying deployments, but how does this work when the deployment requires the editing of the params file? |
