Is it possible to adjust plot_annotation object with plot_layout? #449

I mean, for example, for the next plot (from https://bookdown.org/dereksonderegger/444/customizingpolishing-graphics.html):

Is there some way to get that P2 and P4 subplots column height was the same as the height of the column including not only P1 subplot, but P1 subplot and the title added by plot_annotation above?

This would get that P2 and P4 would display bigger, not losing the empty space on the right of the plot_annotation row.
