This adds a new page to allow the user to log in through the deployed Keycloak. The rest of the application is not available as long as the user is not logged in.

The access token is stored in the global Redux store while the application is running, and is also persisted in the secure storage of the platform to remember the authentication status between app launches.

A log out button was also added.

Other changes

The Expo SDK has been updated to version 50.

API routes in the frontend were fixed to remove the leading slashes.

The notification page was fixed to take into account the safe area insets and use the proper color scheme.
