This implements the function in the
jobservice to allow a season worker to apply to a job. The following methods were implemented to be used through the message broker:applyTo: creates a job application for the specified season worker on the specified job offer, corresponds to thePOST /jobOffers/{jobOfferId}/applyAPI routeOther changes
The API routes for getting job offers were updated to return the application status for the current user.
