We add new `hermit` package versions "1.0.0", "1.0.1" and "1.1.0" for
`trh` and `tuc` in their respective HCL manifest files, and then run the
following commands to get the changes populated
. bin/activate-hermit
hermit install tuc-1.0.0 trh-1.0.0
hermit upgrade tuc trh
hermit manifest add-digests bin/packages/trh.hcl bin/packages/tuc.hcl
syncom
