Setup

Clone or download repo.
Tune .gitconfig and github-setup.sh with company email if required.
Bootstrap with source setup.sh.
Bug: zsh-autosuggestions plugin is not loaded by the omz-config.zsh. Overwrite it by manually changing it in .zshrc.
