Release 0.4.2

Fixed

• Update rollup-plugin-solid to 1.2.2 to address
  Bundlephobia build error (caused by it tripping over the
  optinal chaining syntax ?.). The plugin now targets a slightly older env in
  order to compile this syntax away.
