Improve TypeScript Module Resolution in Development Mode

This PR updates the dev script in package.json to use nodenext for both the module and moduleResolution settings instead of es2020. This change improves TypeScript's module resolution during development.

Additionally, the PR reformats the typesVersions section in package.json to use a more compact array syntax, making the configuration more readable while maintaining the same functionality.
