URGENT-Admin wallet access/magic link request

I minted new tokens through thirdweb about a week ago to launch a new project. I sent several emails to support regarding the fact that it is not possible to log in as admin to transfer ownership to my Metamask. Resources have stated that there should be a magic login or something to that effect; however, my only option is to login and link to a non-admin wallet. I am trying to connect to Snapshot to move forward in our launch, but I cannot do so until this issue resolved. I know this might not be the exact forum to ask for assistance on this matter, but I don't know what other options there may be. The onsite AI claimed it would escalate this issue as well. hey there, all our contracts support adding multiple admin wallets in the permissions tab. All you have to do is login with the wallet that deployed the contract, go to permissions tab, add your metamask address as admin and press save

Hi there, thanks for the response. I used Nebula to mint the tokens, so it has told me I need to access the admin wallet using a Magic sign-in link and contact support. When I try to log in, it asks me to link my Metamask wallet with no other options. In other words, I can work with the admin wallet via Nebula, but to transfer ownership so I can set up snapshot, I don’t have access to the admin wallet directly. I know how to add various wallets, but the interface doesn’t allow me to just login as the admin because it was created by Nebula.
