Interfaces | Here yo can change the settings of the used interfaces. Only the used interfaces by your definiton will be shown here. All interface settings belongs to your current definition. |

Page load delay | If you choose a scheduled page load, this parameters defines the interval in seconds for loaded the next page |
Ignore Atlas |
By default, ORCA creates an "ATLAS" file, which you can see like an image cache for the skin images. If you do not want ORCA to create ATLAS files, set this to "Off".
|
Cache Definition |
Orca is able to cache your definition xml files for faster loading.
|
Adjust screen ratio |
Every definition is made for a specific screen ratio. If your device is not matching these screen ratio, there are several options how to handle this
|
Section "Behaviour" | |
Touch | ORCA can either perform action when an element has been touched (touch down), or when the finger has been releasd (touch up). If you select the touch down option, you always get a single touch and a double touch notification on double touches. |
Touch | Android Only: If you device can vibrate, you can activate vibration on touches |
Repeat touch ini delay | Orca support repeating touches (eg. you keep your finger pressed on a button (touch down only). This is the delay in seconds, after a long touch is recognized as a repeating touch |
Repeat touch continuous delay | This is delay for repeating commands on long touch. Note: ORCA is queue based, so all touch events are placed into a queue. If execution of a command takes longer than the continuous delay, you might see actions excetuted even after you stopped the long touch. |
Section "Resume" | |
Check for network connectivity | Orca recognizes, when your device is going on sleep/standby. Some devices (depends on configuration), supends their WLAN connection on sleep/standby. To prevent, that you send commands over wlan before the WLAN connection is reconnected, you can ask ORCA to check for it and you get a waiting message until the WLAN has been connected again. |
IP adress to check | To verify WLAN connection, ORCA sends a ping to a specific adress. You can set this IP adrress here. Recommendation: The gateway adress is a good start. |
Section "Presentation" | |
Clock with seconds | You can set, if the time is displayed with or without seconds |
Section "Sound Volumes" | You can set the volume for the different ORCA sounds |
Section "Repositories" | You can set the online address for up to 5 different repositories. The directories of all repositories are used to download further online resources. The ORCA repository is used as a preset. |
