SOF needs to support unbind/hot-unplug of the display codec

Old problem of display driver unbind trigger errors when done while audio is in runtime-active state, has resurfaced again this year.

It now seems consensus is to support card disconnect and this requires SOF support as well.

FYI @bardliao @ujfalusi -- I know prototyping is ongoing with separating HDMI/DP PCMs to a separate card, that would help with this task as well.
