Since Infinitime 1.11.0, a separate resource package needs loading onto the device in a different way than the FW. This code is probably kinda bad, probably doesn't handle a lot of error conditions, etc, and I have no interest in maintaining it because I hate Python, but it works so I'm sharing it in case it helps anyone else.
