The only distinction between different staking parties on the Sui network is between validators staking their own SUI tokens and non-validator SUI token holders who delegate tokens to their validator(s) of choice. Beyond this distinction, the Sui network imposes no additional requirements across SUI delegators, including retail and institutional entities.
