Mobile responsiveness for "Intro to python" page

Fix #207

This PR addresses the responsiveness issue for the "Intro to python" section. The previous styles were not optimized for mobile view, making some elements disproportionate and hard to read on smaller screens.

I don't know why the PR cannot automatically link to the issue #207, could you help me add this label? I think it should appear under the "Development" section on the right-hand side of the PR page which I can't edit now.
