Support classes with "split events" - both field & event members. #6

For some reason, a class can have 2 members with the same name. Here's a screenshot from RemoteNetSpy of such a class

This is NOT a bug in the Diver. both GetRuntimeFields() and GetRuntimeEvents() return 2 different member objects with the same name.

The issue that the user might face is an exception when trying to access the member (e.g., StatusChange above) from a DRO.
Specifically this line:

The way to generate such a class is unknown.
It might relate to defining a custom add and remove fields (as seen above).
it might just be lousy programming + oversight in the C# specs that allow this.
