Manual: Incomplete Tabular Box

In \chapter{Starting a New Game} under \section{Mouse Commands, Hot Keys, and Cheat Codes}, there are two places with incomplete tabular boxes that I was aware of after writing the code for them. At the time, it was the best I could do to get the manual as close to the original. I consider removing the boxes to reduce white space between mouse commands and hot keys.

I decided to indeed remove these two boxes from the manual. Happily, a large chunk of whitespace that I considered a bug has also been fixed due to this change even tho I am still experiencing whitespace issues.

Closing this because the boxes are no longer in the manual due to being buggy. Since preserving the original manual is a requirement for the GPL version, I will probably put the boxes back but making sure they are correct.

I admit, boxes can be a pain in latex, from my own experience. But they can be done without an error. So there is hope for later.
