Clean up code

Since I started working on this project, discord bots changed quite a bit. The architecture of the mensabot was still designed for message commands. These days, it relies mostly on other kinds of interactions, so the project should be adjusted to better support this.

Also, there are still a lot of parts of the bot that are rarely/never used. Removing these would make the bot easier to use/document and make it easier for people to understand the code. I do not plan to remove every feature not related to mensa commands. All the commands that are actually used from time to time will stay.
