MSISDN (phone number) normalization

Currently, the api only supports msisdn arguments using the format 258 + 84/85 + XXXXXXX.

It would be nice if we could also support other formats, such as:

• 84/85 + XXXXXXX;
• +258 + 84/85 + XXXXXXX.
