I'm unfamiliar with C# and getting the project to build seemed daunting, so I just pasted the implementation of
ansi_up.js.I'm not sure if referencing it directly with a script tag to github raw would be a good idea, but there's probably a better way of including ansi_up as a dependency besides just copying it.
