What does this PR do?
Adds this plugin to our build.
This branch is merged into the
testbranch, and I've started sendingasset_idat render time intexastribune'sauthbranch. This means you can verify everything is working by going to https://tt-auth-test.texastribune.org and adding a comments plugin to an article that doesn't already have one (I get a GraphQL error when I render an embed that was created before this plugin was added. I think that makes sense.)Note this branch is itself a branch off
auth0, so we should merge the latter first.
