QVAC-20029 Update configurations page - formats for config file

What problem does this PR solve?

Currently, the "Configuration" page, which teaches how to configure QVAC, states that it's possible to provide the qvac.config.* file in 3 different formats: JSON, JS, and TS.

However, it doesn't mention that not all formats are compatible with all JS environments where QVAC runs.

How does it solve it?

• Correct the "Overview" section so that it doesn't yet mention the possible formats for the config file.
• Add a new "File formats" section to cover this information.
• Add callouts to the file examples warning that only JSON is compatible with all supported JS environments.
