Downloaded exercises don't always open

Users have reported that the download function doesn't always download all exercises. In all cases so far the exercises have been downloaded but not opened. Do something about it and display downloaded but unopened exercises in the download dialog.

Problem somewhat mitigated by displaying a notification on startup if there are downloaded but unopened exercises (#39).
