Add Sort on Name/Date, include option to output as JSON

Suggested in #9, this PR adds:

• a --sort-by and --order flag to the CLI to for a more tailored output
• addition of an options hash, if someone wanted to tie into the ruby classes directly
• a --json flag so the CLI will pipe the output to json
• a matching to_json on the Result class

Notably the readme doesn't have proper usage of flags noted. I'd like to add a tidyup pr that improves the readme to close #10 , and do some linting.
