Description

Hi,
after upgrading from version 1.16.0 to 1.16.1, when Kafka container is started on remote server running Docker daemon, it is not detected as running.
I have this environment variable set: TESTCONTAINERS_HOST_OVERRIDE=my.docker.host

2021-10-19T15:23:02.495Z INFO ?.2.1] /main/ [traceId:,spanId:] - Creating container for image: confluentinc/cp-kafka:6.2.1

container in fact runs on the remote server (or seems to be running), it is just not detected as running

Runs ok with version 1.16.0.
