JdbcDatabaseContainer.withInitScript support absolute/relative path

Currentlly TC_INITSCRIPT supports absolute/relative path (#1329), but JdbcDatabaseContainer.withInitScript does not.

Should't JdbcDatabaseContainer.withInitScript have the same behavior as TC_INITSCRIPT?
