v2.5 and updated v2 tag are broken — missing compiled index.js #75
The v2.5 tag and the recently-updated v2 floating tag both point to the same commit (001f872), which contains only source files (src/, tsconfig.json, rollup.config.ts, etc.). The compiled index.js that GitHub Actions runners require is not present.
Error
Error: File not found: '/home/runner/work/_actions/test-summary/action/v2/index.js'
Root cause
The release appears to be missing a build step before tagging. The action needs to be compiled and the resulting index.js committed before the tag is created.
v2.5 and the updated v2 tag both resolve to commit 001f872, which is source-only. v2.4 is the latest tag that includes the built index.js and works correctly.

Same issue there. I will use the
v2.4in the meanwhile.ci: pin test-summary/action to v2.4 (#2607)

This is...how is this GitHub's officially recommended practice?!
This breakage, affecting everyone who uses
test-summary/action@v2, is just one example of why floating tags are an anti-pattern.ci: pin test-summary/action to v2.4
ci: bump test-summary/action pin to v2.6
