Adds FractalFlow to Tools > Other, at the bottom of the section.
What it is: a free, MIT-licensed, portable Windows app (.NET 8) for making animated fractal pieces: explore 2D and 3D fractals (Mandelbrot, Mandelbulb, etc.), compose several sources as layers on a camera timeline with keyframed parameters, write GPU shaders in a built-in Shader Lab, and render the result to video.
Why it fits: it's a creative-coding tool in the same family as KodeLife, glslViewer and Structure Synth already in this section, aimed at making generative/fractal animation rather than just viewing fractals.
Disclosure: I'm the author of this project (built with AI tools). It was created on Sep 8, so it's past the "wait a couple of weeks" rule. Happy to adjust the wording or section.
