This colab still had the old tensorflow/tensorflow github link for the tflite-micro examples. This PR fixes that link to the new (and working) tensorflow/tflite-micro github link.

Thanks! Is there anything else I need to do or should the bots merge it once they've done battling over the labels?

The merge queue will take care of the rest - there are 3-4 PRs that I know of that are all in the queue so might take a bit of time.

I see that the checks are failing because we don't have a BUG=<> in the PR description. I'll go ahead and add that in.
