Fix Java Proxy Feature Tests with tlsServerName set

What was changed

Added logic to check if the tlsServerName option is set and if so override the client tls server name when using the proxy

Why?

I noticed that the proxy tests specifically were failing for the Java conformance tests, but only the proxy tests. Here is an example cluster

not 100 percent sure about the python action but for go it might be related to the number of worker deployments (100) being reached Here
