This is briefly touched on in Java 101 course, but we need to have something somewhere that is more accessible (not behind a sign in wall) about why we wrap exceptions, how to look at these exceptions, should I wrap an exception I throw, do I need to rewrap an exception I've unwrapped, etc. etc.

(If I have time I will try to take this on myself, will note here if I begin doing so.)
