OnRowDoubleClick is not propagated to custom cells with a div element

1. Go to https://stackblitz.com/edit/react-jjjdaxmx-hdjrwhu2?file=app%2Fapp.tsx
2. Open the console and double click on the tru/false words in the Discontinued column.
3. Observe the OnDoubleClick event is not triggered.
