Currently, the website renders only 2nd level headings under the INT HIS ARTICLE right-hand contents navigation. To enhance orientation for the end user while keeping the optimized length of the internal contents, let's implement collapsible rendering for 3rd level headings - when users click or scroll to the respective 2nd level heading.
