Search in API Reference when you are in API reference documentation

Describe the bug
When I navigate to the Telerik UI for Xamarin API ref and enter in the search bar -> richtexteditor selection range, the search results are from docs, kb and api ref.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to Telerik UI for Xamarin API ref
2. Enter for example richtexteditor selection range in the search field and press Enter
3. The search results are from docs, kb and api ref.

Expected behavior
When we are in API reference, by default, the search results should be from the API reference.
