Navigation tree is sometimes not loading

Describe the bug
It happens sporadically, on different pages. Usually fixed by a page refresh.

To Reproduce
No reliable steps to reproduce. Try clicking different articles in the Tree and monitor for JavaScript errors.

I would like to add an example of similar inconsistent behavior in Test Studio docs page:

Navigation tree sometimes needs more than 20-30 seconds to load.
To Reproduce
It happens sporadically so no particular steps to follow. If you clear the browser cache and just click around different pages in the docs, you should see the delay in loading the nav tree.

FYI - When this fails, we also get an error in main.js:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'toLowerCase')

You can reproduce this by going through articles in the documentation. This gets to the point where you have to hard refresh every time you go to a new article (shift+ ctrl +r).

It does seem to be a cumulative effect, let's see if you can repro it with the following steps:
