Server error is displayed for incorrect link

Describe the bug
When a link to our documentation returns HTTP status code 400, yellow server error screen is shown.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://docs.telerik.com/reporting/https://docs.telerik.com/reporting/telerik-reporting-rest-conception
2. See error
   Server Error in '/reporting' Application.
   Runtime Error
   Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine.

Expected behavior
A user-friendly page is shown similarly to the one for 404 links.
