as requested in [issue 483](tectonic-typesetting/tectonic#483), the build process under Windows was non trivial and poorly documented. This documentation edit might not be written in the best English, but contains all the necessary information.

Thanks for your contribution! I have had trouble deciding what kind of material should go on the website and what kind of material should go in, say, the Tectonic Book, but I'm more than happy to merge this now and think about the organization later. |
