"System cannot find file" "Emacsclient error"

With current version in Emacs GNU Emacs 29.3 (build 2, x86_64-w64-mingw32) of 2024-03-24 on Windows-Version: 10.0.19045.4529 when I trigger my shortcut, emacs brings up only this dialog.

Unfortunately without a Windows machine or more details, this is pretty much impossible for me to investigate 😔.
