• Require a "release" for recording talks on video (opt-in)

  "having a signature confirming we have the non-exclusive right to post your video" is better than "by speaking you agree we have the non-exclusive right..." - @dcousineau

  Include three options:

  • Record talk and share publicly
  • Record talk and do not share publicly
  • Do not record talk
