ENOENT: no such file or directory

On release version v1.4.0 getting error:

Creating releases & tags for modules
Failed to create tags in repository: ENOENT: no such file or directory, mkdtemp '/tmp/modules/aws/route53/genericXXXXXX'

Tested the issue with multiple directories.

With the previous version v1.3.1, there are no issues.

@apihlak Latest v1 tag is resolved, can you confirm? Alternatively, you could pin to v1.4.1 or higher.
