Typically this is the result of the underlying service -- code deploy. It's trying to deploy your application and code deploy fails. If you view the link it should have that error in code deploy as well so this tool reports that.

The existing file location errors typically result when files are added/modified after a code deploy install and subsequent ones then expect to modify them. It doesn't gracefully override/skip and instead errors. I've found this to a real pain -- you either need to manually remove the files it expects to manage ... or start over. Typically, I just spin up a new instance when this happens.

So again ... I don't think there is anything we can do with this tool. I believe the issue is with your deployment/application and typically can be resolved by fixing the errors manually or spinning up a new instance. If that works, feel free to close this ... otherwise, if I don't hear back we can mark it as closed in a little while.
