Need to setup workflows for automatic release building

Look at the GitHub workflows in this project: https://github.com/devbotsxyz/example-macos-rings

Now adapt to this one. Easy, right? No app signing or notarization yet. I don't have an Apple Developer ID yet.
Also, releases need to be made for tags only.
