Fix a bug with multiple InlineStyles which was introduced with 10d7a49 in an attempt to allow multiple classes for one InlineStyle.

It now should be possible to use multiple classes for Inline- and BlockStyles and in general to apply multiple Inline- and BlockStyles to the same element. (For exceptions/limitations to this statement read the new readme.)

I also improved the documentation and further specified the known issues/limitations.
In addition this PR includes some minor refactoring.
