Install fails on Raspbian Buster

Check out this terminal output from a virtual machine that tried to install this on Raspbian Buster.

The same error occurs on real systems. This logfile was sent to us by a real Pi-Apps user. install-fail-Pi-Apps_Terminal_Plugin_python.txt
I've also pinged your discord in the #error-logs channel on the Botspot Software discord server to show you the exact time this user sent in the logfile.

Hopefully you can figure out what is going on, but otherwise I will probably just remove this app from the pi-apps list.
