kernal,char and basic all in one rom

Hi, is it possible to use this or can you make on for me(not for free).
I really want a switchless rom switcher and also one rom to replace all three roms from a longbaord.
And maybe 2 kernals, 2 char and 1 basic rom.
Can i use this or what needs to be changed?
