Lead with application value: composable Q, safe E, governed graph Save and execution/audit evidence. Add an Agent Kit prompt, native API examples and local-example entry points. Move advanced reference details into RUNTIME_GUIDE.md and correct stale version/package/coverage claims.
Documentation-only: README.md and RUNTIME_GUIDE.md. No runtime, generated library or dependency changes. Checked relative links, Markdown fences, whitespace and available snippet syntax parsers; no new full runtime regression claimed. Preserve existing release tags and versions.
