Need to pass options in windows

In cmd inwindows I can do

dir /b /s
but all the shell in rust are designed for argument no options
commnadspec I saw that can pass options in linux as you mention in examples
as --bin , or
ls -l
alway teh options are wit '-' or '--'
but there is not options for windos with '/'
